Justin Blum is an Associate Attorney with Wagstaff Law Firm, focusing on class actions and complex civil litigation. Before joining the firm, Justin was a plaintiff's attorney for fifteen years, practicing complex environmental litigation at a small firm. His practice focused on single-plaintiff and class action cases on behalf of communities impacted by solvent, asbestos, lead, benzene, PFOA and other contamination. Justin was a passionate advocate for his clients who were harmed by negligent corporations.
Justin was born and raised in the Denver area. He attended Brandeis University where he received a BA in history, with a minor in art history, and was a member of the Brandeis Ski Team. Prior to law school, Justin worked for the EPA National Superfund Ombudsman office in Washington, D.C., aiding in independent investigations into Superfund sites around the country. Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005.
Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and rooting on Colorado sports teams.
