Our attorneys have served in court-appointed leadership roles in more than a dozen multidistrict litigations (MDLs) and Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCPs). Most notably, founding partner Aimee Wagstaff served as Lead Trial Counsel in Hardeman v. Monsanto, securing a unanimous $80.2 million verdict that catalyzed one of the largest mass tort settlements in history: over $11 billion for plaintiffs harmed by Roundup.
