Emily has also been recognized on a number of occasions by various organizations, including Best Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers, and Super Lawyers, as one of the best mass tort and product liability attorneys under 40, and been Court-appointed to serve on a number of Plaintiffs' Steering Committees. At Wagstaff Law Firm, Emily fights to vindicate victims and their loved ones, to tell their stories, and to end corporate cultures that place profits over consumer safety.
