Wagstaff Law Firm is seeking a Senior Mass Torts Litigation Attorney to support our growing firm. Join our wonderful legal team and have a great opportunity to learn the Wagstaff mass tort process while being part of a team of professionals. In order to succeed in this firm, you must have a strong work ethic; possess excellent writing and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, strong time management, and be as committed as we are to providing the best service to our clients. Essential Job Functions

Lead litigation on mass torts cases

Draft complex legal memorandums

Manage a large docket of cases in multiple states

Evaluate merits of potential cases

Conduct legal research on cases

Document review

Draft and respond to discovery

Defend and take depositions including experts

Prepare expert reports and assist with trial prep

Correspond with opposing counsel and clients to facilitate legal process

Track and manage SOL analysis

E-filings in state and federal courts
Qualifications & Requirements
Position requires 5+ years of MASS TORTS litigation experience. Juris Doctorate required from accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English. Must be able to work overtime and travel. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical in addition to working well under tight deadlines. Able to prioritize multiple projects and comply with the firm and court deadlines. Maintain CLE credit requirements.
Compensation starting at $165K-185K. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K matching plus quarterly performance based bonuses
