Wool was appointed to the Plaintiff's Steering Committee (PSC) in multi-district litigation (MDL) 2642, In Re Fluoroquinolone Products Liability Litigation, by the Honorable John R. Tunheim to represent thousands of plaintiffs suffering from permanent and debilitating peripheral neuropathy. Wool also served in a critical role in MDL 2741, In Re Roundup Products Liability Litigation, where he successfully argued against the first motion to dismiss filed anywhere in the country setting the stage for continued litigation.

Wool graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2011. Prior to joining Andrus Wagstaff, Wool gained invaluable trial experience practicing criminal law. As a criminal defense attorney, he won every case he took to trial including multiple felony cases.
